Karl, I hope all is well. I checked with John Howley and Chris Calloway and they haven't seen or heard from Peckham since Chris's bachelor party in '85. Peckham is MIA. I haven't directly spoken with PJ, but Todd's wife forwarded him the messages and I assume D'auoust hasn't heard from him.
Hi Karl, I am divorced from Kevin and we sold the RV so no more trips. I left him 3 years ago. Stayed in the same town because of kids. We split them 50/50. I started a new job. Actually my own company. Eons Uncovered. I am a fossil preparator. My brother is a fossil broker and so I clean and repair. I have worked on 100's of dino eggs, some bones, a few skulls, some teeth...etc. I am moving into a new house and setting up a bigger shop and will be hiring more help. I have some very good connections considering I have only been in the biz for 3 years and I have some potentially BIG things coming up....(knock on wood). It could be a situation where I have unlimited lifetime work and on Rare Triassic fossils, too....Kids are good. Got a boyfriend of 2 years. Hope to marry him someday soon.... How is your wife and kids? Guess you finished building your dream house? I am at crashcoyle@yahoo.com if you want to write direct. Take care. Hope to hear from you soon. Christine
Yep, PJ's my boss. Really works out great to have one of your students become your boss! (as long as they liked you as a teacher! ) I could never have been a principal, I would have told the parents what I really thought and wouldn't have lasted very long! No Ford Gt for me..I'm too old for Corvettes and Gt's. Too hard to get in and out of. Ford sedan is more my speed. I appreciated my heated seats today with 40 degree temps. I'm more about comfort than speed now.
Still teaching...33 years now! Don't feel any different than the old days except that my hair is grey and the guy that looks back at me in the mirror looks older! I don't live on Drexel anymore, however, we're not very far away. We have been in the Palm Beach Farms area near the Fairgrounds. Looking forward to retirement in two years. Looks like you are the consumate family man! That's a great stage in life except sometimes you'll feel like a taxi driver until they get their drivers liscense. What do you do at Palm? I'm a Blackjack man at the moment. I guess I'm helping the enemy! Great to see you doing so well. Give my best to any of the other alumni you see. By the way, PJ D'aoust is my boss. Go figure that one out!! What goes around comes around. Best Regards, Dwane
My parents still live right on the corner of Drexel & Fairgreen-can you believe it! Mom says she hasn't been to Cornell in along time. Even though she is retired she still helps out at tournaments from time to time. Dad is always working in the yard and smoking those nasty stogies. Dad had bypass surgery awhile back, six bypasses! Mom and Dad go to the gym almost everyday. I can't believe your sister lives in the hood still! Things have changed around there. Hey I have Nancy Gilbert on my facebook. I haven't chatted with her yet. Keep in touch!
We all still get together quite frequently, in fact, we're having a soiree over at Ivey's in a couple of weeks but as far as the PJB goes, it's strictly Guitar Hero and Rock Band these days in the privacy of my house. My poor kids would have to go to counseling for years if they saw all of us on stage. Now as far as the fishing, you wouldn't believe what a fight those pinfish put up while trying to haul them aboard. Actually Ed Suker has a charter down in North Palm Beach and we go out when we can. Regarding Peckham, I'll see what I can find out. PJ D'aoust may be joining us on the 15th and I'll see if he knows his whereabouts. Todd Thomas's wife teaches at the school where PJ is the principal. I'm glad to hear you're doing well. Stay in touch!
Karl, good to see you made it on the site. I hope you're doing well personally and professionally. Lynette sent a message to me inquiring about Dan Peckham's whereabouts. I haven't seen Dan in years, but I asked Lance Ivey and Lance stated the last time he saw Dan, Dan was in Tallahassee, but Lance thought that was approximately 10 or so years ago.
