Hey everyone.....Since leaving the "GREAT" Twin Lakes. I got married and moved to South America, lived in Amsterdam Holland and then back to the good old US. I have 2 beautiful daughters and am now running a company in Western NY.
Brian never married and he has no kids. He was living in Colorado until about 1998 then moved back to Florida. He hates it here and wants to leave as soon as possible. But that won't be for a long while. Next time I talk to him I will tell him that you said hello and that you want him to join the site. I have doubts that he will, but feel free to give me any messages to give to him. Funny that you know my brother and we were neighbors, but I don't remember you. I guess since I graduated years before you I probably wouldn't have really know you. Where are you living these days.
I remember the name, but that's about it...I doubt Ron had any idea the site was going to take off as much as it's had, and he's done an amazing job.
As far as keeping in touch with the guys I grew up with, we've maintained our friendships throughout the years and I'm really fortunate to say that. After high school, a few of us went into the military, a couple went out of state to college, but we all kept in touch and we all got together whenever we could. Eventually, we all returned to Florida so it makes it easier for all of us to get together. On top of that, we've all done quite well and I'm sure not many people who knew all of us back in the day would have bet on that...lol.
Let me know when you're heading down, I'm just right down the road from The Mouse. She must be performing at Wide World of Sports. Give me a couple of days' notice before you come down and I'll meet you down there. I don't venture down to WPB much, when I do it's to go fishing with Ed Suker or to see Lance Ivey or Dave Sanford.
Mike
Yes, it's a bit chilly down here, but unlike where you're at, we'll be back in the 70s over the weekend. Are you going to vacation down in WPB in March?
My other half is up in Boston and she went to visit friends in New Hampshire and she said she's driving thru a blizzard to get back to Boston. It's been beautiful down here, mid 70s and sunny...Have a safe and fun New Year's eve, I'm not going anywhere tonite.
